"All that glitters is not gold", this famous quote describes how everything that meets the eye may not be what it actually is. I truly understand its meaning now thanks to the hawker centers :3 The food looks delicious in the pictures whereas on the plate it is just...meh. I am slightly disappointed because I had slightly high expectations but its okay, I have learnt my lesson ~sigh~ I will stick to my wonderful canteen and instant noodles.
You don't only learn lessons regarding your major during your student life but also lessons about survival, balance and the reality of life. Slowly and steadily I will reach a stage when I understand everything although I'm quite sure there will still be something that I won't understand. Ah well, who said life is a piece of cake.

I need good food and my mum. Damn, I miss her cooking. I'll just accept the truth. :3
